Lead Blocker

When someone has a tooth that seemingly grows in front of a row of teeth in an obtrusive and obvious way. Generally the misplaced teeth are so unsightly it comes as a shock when the person's mouth opens. Jewels teeth are a mild example.
That chick was hot, but when she smiled she totally had a lead blocker.

Lead Mong

Dog owner who walks their dog on a lead in an area were it's very common for dogs to be off lead (dog park, large fields, woods)

Lead Mongs are often poor dog owners often walking nervous or aggressive dog displaying weak body language the dog picks up on.
We got to lead him for a second there is a lead Mong ahead.

Shooting yourself in the mouth, suicide, usually used in a sarcastic tone whenever one makes a mistake.

Lead-Paint Job

From Tidewater Pidgin and Qarsherskiyan English, a Lead-Paint Job means a shooting. It is inferred that paint means blood and lead means lead bullets in this case, when pondering the origin of the term, which first surfaced by at least 1998 in downtown Newport News, VA from the slang and terminology of a now irrelevant gang that was mostly comprised of Qarsherskiyan Vodou practitioners.
There was a terrible Lead-Paint Job at Richneck Elememtary and a 6-year-old nearly ended his teacher, bloody awful, eh?
