In people, the ”Coyote Syndrome” refers to when a person wakes up the morning after a one night stand to find the person their arm is around is butt-ugly without the beer goggles (after drinking alot ugly people start to look attractive) they had on last night, so they'd rather chew off their own arm than wake the ugly person up.
