US CONSTITUTION

The defining document of American Democracy. Writen and signed September of 1787 it influenced American power and it's way of life. Created to replace the Articles of Confederation which were weak and didnt have any real power, it gave the federal and states equal powers as to help balance the sharing of power. The US Constitution seperated the government into 3 branches.
Judical
Legislative
Executive
As to give equal power or a system of "Checks and Balances" so no 1 branch would become more powerful than the other. It has become a symbol of American democrazy and power and has even influenced other countries constitutions for more than 200 years.
Preamble of The US Constitution,
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Constitutional Cherry Picker

One who interprets the United States Constitution to coincide with their own worldview by selecting certain amendments to defend at all costs, while dismissing others.
A Constitutional Cherry Picker is someone who quotes the constitution while claiming that the 2nd amendment protects everyone's absolute right to own and carry a gun anywhere, but simultaneously believes that Muslims should not be granted religious freedom to build a mosque 2 blocks away from the 9/11 ground zero site.

Holonomic Constraint

In classical mechanics, particularly Lagrangian Mechanics, a holonomic constraint is a special type of constraint of motion. It restricts the trajectory of a system of particles to a smooth manifold Q by the set smooth equations

{x}= the set of 3N Cartesian coordinates for the system of N particles.

For N particles, the number of holonomic constraints must be less than 3N using the assumption that each equation has an explicit dependence to AT LEAST one coordinate.
A rigid body, defined by the constraint equations (using LaTeX) is

where i is not equal to j is a Holonomic Constraint.
