When someone is fumbling — generally in reference to men;
A lighthearted acknowledgement to a boy that is fumbling;
E.g. Messing up with a great girl they had a chance with. Dropping the ball. Probably repeatedly, and losing their chance with said girl. Losing their shot. Not living up to their potential.
