A Wooosa is someone who acts in a humorus or non human way. It is not in any way, shape or form a version of the common word "loser". The abstence of the bwain and or major organs may cause someone to become a Wooosa. Can also be refering to an animal and or object. Usually followed by a hand gesture and is intened for an older youth audience.
