The simultaneous act of tweeting and wanking. May lead to spelling errorsfgdfshhnbrzsbnzfg or unusual typos. Common with some journalists, one of the lesser known examples being Kai Diekmann, current editor-in-chief of the german BILD-Zeitung, a daily "newspaper". A person that twanks a lot is called a twanker}
