No Bag On

A Masculine way of saying a Woman is attractive originating from the idea of that people only tend not to use contraception with partners they consider special. This phrase is a more modern version of the terms Fit Hot & Sexy.

Second definition implies that somebody has done something to mess you up regardless or without mercy.
