Gay in the same sense as other slang meanings, not necessarily homosexual.
Any type of intentionally procrastinative activity.
Akin to "Grabass"

A character moniker in the "BFM (Burnt Face Man) 10" YouTube episode that I came here to search the meaning of, just to find Mister David Firth must've coined the term apparently because there is no other definition for it.
