Derogatory reference for a member of the "Crips" gang, usually used by the rival "Bloods" gang. Used because "shrimps" sounds a bit like "Crips".

This word is being used in the online community, specially in the "Twitch" streamer community to call someone a "simp". But as twitch banned the use of the word "simp" in its platform, people found it's alternative in the word "shrimp".
