Someone who is extremely sexy and attractive, no guy/girl can resist someone who is sexalicous. This person is also very sexually active and always loves to get it on. Sexalicous people have brothers who are very unatractive and play xbox all day.

My sexalicous friend sydney's brother is very unatractive Brendan is not sexalicous. Richard is very sexalicous.
