Pullacking is an action of when you stick a male genitalia inside of a vacuum cleaner.

Poplocking

A humorous name to call a meth addict when they cannot control their body movements or nervous system. They'll try to play it off but they can't and so they look like an incompetent pop locker.

Oh my goodness, that freak is poplocking so hard he's going to hit himself in the head!
