Poonitrator

A sexual maneuver which allows the male to penetrate four holes within a female partner all at once. The female lies on her stomach while the male partner stands in between her legs, penetrating her vagina. At the same time, he inserts his left hand finger into her anus, while the female arches her back as the male inserts two fingers into her nostrils and pulls back to maintain the position.
