User Interface Problem

A polite term used by IT professionals to denote when a problem exists due to user error. Also often referred to as a U.I.P.

"The client was likely locked out of their system due to a User Interface Problem".

ctk interface

Otherwise known as the 'Chair to Keyboard' interface, aka the user of a system who is experiencing ID10T errors.

He says his system isn't working right, I think its just an ID10T error in the CTK Interface.

Taken from the words Internet and Face. It refers to someone who is a lot better looking on the internet (eg Facebook Profile Picture) than they are in real life.
