Beyond conception, icle depicts how the world should be, what it could be if the people just listened. Along with this ideology, it's also a language extremely uncommon among to most of the general public, and it can be found only within the borders of Connecticut. Icle is growing as a language and culture and could possibly become threat to modern society in the future as it pushes some cult-ish themes.
