1) An infantilized and or humorous version of "hungry" , often used in tandem with "doggo" or "pupper" humor popular with the millennial generation, as well as being a sort of in-joke with the furry community.
2) during the 15th episode of season 12 of the simpsons, "hungry hungry homer" after a 12 day hunger strike homer mutters the phrase "Me so hungy...." mispronouncing the word due to a delusional state brought on by severe hunger.
