Short for Hachi-roku. Japanese for 8 and 6.

Hachi is a short term used for the Toyota AE86 Corolla (called AE eight-six), either hatchback or coupe.

That S13 had a pretty deep drift, but what was amazing is the red Hachi ran up beside him and carried a tandem with him.

In North America the phrase is used by posers to describe rear wheel drive Corollas built between 1985 and 1987.
