it is sort of the same as when someone get's screwed over, or somebody got played. it's better explained in the examples.

you would say "godeem" in any of the following circumstances:

1. you just crossed somebody over in b-ball and they broke they ankles........godeeeeeeem
2. you made a great bluff in poker and got your opponent to fold. you turn over your cards and say GODEEM
3. you just played a funny ass prank on your friend and he fell for it...godeeeem
4. you just lied to your teacher to get out of a test and she let you out of it...GODEEEM
