Dancestor is a phrase coined by Andrew Hussie in the webcomic Homestuck. It is the word used for a trolls ancestor but, for some reason, is called a dancestor. One example of this would be The Vantas blood line. this bloodline starts with The Signless, then Kankri, and lastly Karkat (Kitkat, Karkles, Kark, KK) and some people have made OC's with the last name Vantas so they would be the descendants of Karkat.
