used to showing your unwillingness to something or saying that you don't care about something

it's a Persian slang which is shortened form of "be tokhm-e chapam (to my left testicle)" it also can be be followed by" be rastam( to my right testicle) if you still want to keep ignoring

some of synonyms are "be chapam", "be rastam", "be tokhmam" which all refers to "testicles" and also word of "be darak" and "be jahanam" which have the same usage but they means "to the hell" and they used when you don't want to refer to your testicles but you want to show that you are ignoring or you don't care about something
