Contrary to prior belief Cheva does not mean marijuana in most well versed drug circle. To save people the trouble of embaressing themselves I will help! Cheva refers to Heroin. It is spanish slang for heroin, if one goes up to any hispanic drug dealer and asks for cheva 9.9 times out of 10 they will give you heroin.(marijuana is mota)

a mexican term for heroin, usually tar do to mexican heroin is tar. Alot of people think this is a slang term for pot. they are wrong. but slang can mean anything so if you wanna use a slang term for marijuana, it would be "cheeba" not "cheeva"

clevarity

a unit explaining exactly how clever a person, or a person's statement is.

The person that made up this word must have had a lot of clevarity, or maybe they were just really cocky and thought they were clever so they posted it on urban dictionary just to be able to use it in a sentence... Then if any one doubted the clevarity of using the word the creator could tell them to look it up, and the word would be on urban dictionary... with a rather odd example.
