A 'rumb numb bumb' is generally defined as the act of; firstly, having anal sex with a black woman for a long enough period of time as to greatly open up her anus, secondly, using a funnel (or a similar funnel-like device), one must pour alcohol (specifically rum) into the opening and thirdly, one must then drink the rum out until one's mouth is rendered numb from the alcohol.
