A hilarious "eating disorder" (read: sex game) which involves eating a lot, orally stimulating oneself and projectile vomiting. It's actually very good fun, I highly recommend it.

Taking Laxatives regularly to exit food from your system before you gain weight. This is exactly the same as traditional Bulimia however the food passes through your anus not your mouth.
Damn Danny, yesterday I had a binge eating session and ate McDonalds, KFC, Burger King and Dominos Pizza. I'm feeling super guilty so I took a few Laxatives and am going to eject all that bad food out my anus before it sticks to my love handles. Love a bit of the old Backdoor Bulimia!
