Barny (LCB) is a English Teacher teaching in YING WA COLLEGE Class 4C and Class 4F from 2019-2022.
He is an old boy from Ying Wa College and is obsessed with obscene materials, Tetris and Busy Room.
Class 4C students think he is gay and this is a problem they are currently investigating.
He is often called as 'Barny' instead of Mr Lam

It is a reference to Bill Oreilly's interview with Barney Frank where Frank was called a coward for telling the American public that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were sound and worthy of investments 2 months before they went bankrupt, and not performing his responsibility of monitoring their financial condition.
