A person having a dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries.

Person 1: Your a beaner from Mexica
Person 2: Don't say beaner that's racist
Person 3: The correct term for that isn't 'racist' it's xenophobe. A person having a dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries or regions. Mexico is a nationality, not a race.
