A pocket form of Urban Dictionary. Used by pointing it at a word, the it will gather info on it and speak to you said information. Similar to the PokeDex in Pokemon, but for words.

When someone finds a word on Urban Dictionary and then makes up a new sexual definition of the word just for fun. A portmanteau of 'Urban Dictionary' and 'sex'.

Person 1: Hey dude, did you know that Jihad is an acronym for Just In Her Ass Dude.
Person 2: Wtf? That's not what it means at all. Where the hell did you read that?
Person 1: On Urban Dictionary...
Person 2: Lol, even Jihad has been urbasexified now. What is this world coming to...
