To make someone beg pathetically for something. This was made famous by the VH1 show, I love money; in which contestant Megan Hauserman made fellow contestants talk to her retarted dog, Lily, so she would not eliminate them from the game.

Frank snagged the last Corona and made me talk to Lily to get it.

thats an idiom i coined recently , usually most of companies dnt put their email address on their sites , they just put an email address for people to send any notice or if they got fraud recruitment to the site's webmaster ! so the only way to make your cv or demand go to them is sending it it to the webmaster ,so talk to the webmaster is a good phrase to say it to someone who is almost desperate to find a job or an apartment to rent!

John ; ouch!!!!i bin working on all these sites for about 6 months ,but all was in vain to get a job ,i even tried to fax my cv to those companies but no result !! kay: oohh poor ya why dontcha talk to the webmaster !?
