An alternate phrase that is simply another way of saying "litterbox".

Called the "plastic cat toliet" because litterboxes are generally made of plastic and they have but one function: a cat pisses & shits into it -- thus making it a toliet for cats.

Considered a genius by fans and intellectuals the world over, he is responsible for the invention of over 10 languages, multiple races, and an entire history for his timeless tales to take place in. The most famous of his stories are, of course, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. He died in 1973.
