Jade From Sweetbox (Now gone "out of the box" and called Jade Valerie). She is known for the english versions of "1000 Words" and "Real Emotion" (which are made by Koda Kumi)which are included in Final Fantasy X-2. She sings pop music in english. Some other common tittles are "Everything is gonna be alright" and "Lighter shade of blue".

Weetabix Challenge

The weetabix challenge is a dietary programme designed to improve gastro-intestinal performance and general health and well being. It is also said that benefits to energy levels and allows extended periods of concentration. The programme is followed by the participant sleeping for 14 minutes every hour proceeded with a single unit of dry weetabix accompanied by only water.

The programme was developed by Prof. Edmund Donaldson of Chicago State University and has gone under several trials to test its effectiveness.

The Weetabix Food Co. have described the trials as 'A Significant Advancement'
