When everyone expects you to have the same knowledge as your spouse simply because you live with them. Frequently happens if the husband is computer savvy, then everyone expects the wife to have equal knowledge about computers too and will frequently go to her for computer help.
Ruth's coworker: Hey, Ruth, can you help me? My computer screen just went black.

Ruth: What? No, I have a middle school teaching degree.

Ruth's coworker: Well, I just thought since your husband is into computers, you'd know how to fix it by spousemosis.

class spouse

A friend, usually of the opposite sex, that you get to know and chat with in a class because your other, better friends aren't in that class. Sometimes leads to hurt feelings down the line when one party mistakes it for romantic attraction. Similar to a "work spouse" at a job.
I didn't know Derek before this semester, but we sit next to each other in Trigonometry and are always trading jokes, so now he's my class spouse.

Law School Spouse

Similar to a "work spouse." Someone (generally of the opposite sex) from your law school whom you spend extended amounts of time with, have a beyond simple friendship special bond, and rely on for support. This person often knows more about you than other people and you commonly share inside secrets or jokes. Generally the relationship is flirty and may include sexual tension, but rarely crosses the line to include actual sexual acts.

*Warning* May lead to jealousy from your actual real-life partner who doesn't understand the depth of bonding law school leads to.

Fair-weather spouse

when a spouse, girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife is the greatest partener around when the relationship is fun and easy going. When things turn for the worst or become difficult, as relationships eventually do, they jump ship like their pants are on fire.
