shitajiki

It's a thin plastic board, usually about 7X10 inches. Often with drawings of various manga or anime (you can get all sorts of non-anime as well). They're meant to be used as a flat surface to put paper over and draw, but they're more usually used as collectors items nowadays.

semitasking

Semitasking is what we are actually doing when we think we are multitasking. A robot multitasks. We talk while we burn the pancakes.
Paying distracted attention to three things for fifteen minutes doesn't equal full attention for five minutes to each of three things.
Semitasking gives the illusion of versatility and a sense of accomplishment without the results of either.

Shitagram

A negative email, often highlighting wrong doing on the addressee’s part. A well executed Shitagram will have all of the addressee’s chain of command/ management CC’d in the email for maximum impact.

The women down in HR has sent me a shitagram, apparently it was my fault she lost my passport photos and that she didn’t tell me to bring her new ones. That was really good of her letting the company director know.
