Somebody who only washes their hands when there is somebody else present in the bathroom. This person would even go as far as to tear off a paper towl and pretend to dry their hands while exiting a public restroom.

When the woman is no longer attracted to the man do too the ugly children. Resulting in her running away (usually around Xmas). Usually a dirty sinitta hill can be seen waiting in alleyways for a “good time”
