Basically just a funnier word for shit/shite/fuck, formed from the phrase shog-dite (dog-shite). It was created by the holy cult of St Bedes in Ormskirk, tribe of 2015-2020.

shoggoth 

An enormous being the size of a subway train, created to build the giant cities of the Old Ones. Just seeing it is a mind-blowing thing. The name means "Inhabitant of the kingdom of darkness."
