In episode 26, the main bad guy, Vicious (after his failed coup against his employer) confronts his final boss and tells him, "Now you will cry Scarlet Tears." He then places his sword on the boss's nose at eye level, and cuts his boss's eyes, simultainously killing him. Vicious then takes control of their criminal empire.
A very memorable phrase in anime.

Not to be confused with her younger sister, Flandre Scarlet, Remilia Scarlet is a vampire that is about 500 years old.
