Most Ridgefielders are white and wealthy; however, there are families (like mine) who drive a normal car, make less than six figures, both parents work, kid works, have values, try to understand the world. The high school is competitive, but high schools have forever been populated by popular jocks, drinkers/druggies, and everyone else who feels left out. Ridgefield is like many other burbs; just more so.

Everyone hates eachother, talks behind everyone elses back, and everyone has money. If your considered poor in this town, its cause your only a millionare and not a multimillionare.
The highschool here is terrible and overrated even though its one of the top in the country. All the girls where mini skirts, have sex at 14, and all go to colleges like boston college and um boston college. Sometimes boston university, too!
You either hang out behind geneoa, starbucks, dunkin donuts, or yanity. The police here are bored since theres no crime so if your carrying a small amount of alcohol you will be jailed for life.
Basically this town is terrible, its filled with white people, and maybe you'll find two or three asian kids around if you look hard. Everyone is an overachiever, and you either go to yale or OD on cocaine or heroine because your family hates you because you didnt get into yale.
So go raise your kids somewhere else.

Get the Ridgefield mug.Ridgefield is a happy little town. nothing ever happens here. its a complete joke. kids get arrest for stupid stuff. then everyone goes bezurk cuz theres nothing else to talk about. if one small this happens the whole town knows and your hated for life!! if you dont get straight A's ppl make fun of you and ur put into low classes and you feel like a complete dumbass. walking to town is something to do but its rare when you dont see someone selling drugs in the park. the copss come when so middle school kids start a snowball fight but there will be someone selling drugs right in front of them and theyll do nothing. theres a better chance that the cop is buying from the person then actualy doing anythign about it.Also the cops are so stupid that someone who was unarmed "stole" 150 bucks from a local bank they didnt have a car or any form of transportation. he was never caught. everyone here is loaded the houses are huge the kids are snotty and bitchy. the girls are the real bitches. you think those girls in hollywood are bad you should come to ridgefield. if you live here chances are u get no exposure to the outside world are slim to none and no taste of reality. the girls are mean to eachother cuz they wanna know that there the best and that they have power over everyone else. the boys are comeplte tools and do anything girls say. the parents are mean kids arnt allowed to do anything. ever. at all. also there is no diversity. all the kids are the same and in 7th & 8th grade kids are still being lectured about bullying cuz the kids are wusses. but to be honest it is nice liveing here and knowing your safe.

A mainly rich town consisting of the white ethnicity, youll be lucky if you can find anything but white people. I had lived in Ridgefield for eight or so years, eight painful years. There for im an expert on this town. All town in Connecticut hate this town Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, Bethel, etc.
WARNING: if your not white your considered a minority to them. They are VERY racist.
"Ghetto Children"
There are kids who live in Ridgefield who think they are crips, bloods, or some other bullshit. These kids grew up with money handed to them by mommy and daddy how does this make them so "ghetto" or "hood"?
"Leaving This Town"
When you have relized Ridgefield is just a "bubble" and none of the kids know the real world i sugest you dont tell people you are moving. They will use every bone is their body to bitch you out the white preppy way or stalk and ruen your life. Why would you ever waste your time ruening people lifes for fun? no idea.
"What is There to Do?"
Well there are only a few stores that stay open past seven so there goes the night life. Theres a park where people hang out and downtown. Or lame house partys where little freshman and 8th graders loose their virginity.
"Drugs and Drinking"
All the kids do weed, no designer drugs, coke, acid, or shrooms, just weed. Basically cuz they got no one else to import the shit. And then drinking, makes you a bad ass? Yea sure fuckin white ass wigers think they are so hard.
From what i know all the girls i know from this town are really prude and some have never kissed a boy and probally never will. There is condos in Ridgefield that cost so much money there but yet in other towns is half the price, i used to live ina condo beause i am not a rich fuck. To add the rich kids call the less rich kids "pesants" when they have plenty of money.
