The unusual sense of time when under house quarantine or shelter-in-place. Time passes both more quickly and yet more slowly according to the time frame.

A day goes by pretty quickly, but the last two weeks seem like forever. I must be in quarantime.

A temporary, enlightened state of mind associated with eating nothing but delivery daily by those practicing social distancing in a pandemic, like the 2020 COVID-19 crisis.

Caused by a long-term deprivation/excess of human contact under quarantine.

Blake sent himself into a state of quarantharsis after eating Double Big Mac Meal, 20 pc. McNuggets, and a Spicy Chick Fil-A sandwich in the span of 6 hours. He slept 5 hours.
