publicity cunt

Patented by celebutantes such as Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, a "publicity cunt", is a public display of twat... usually seen when exiting a vehicle while wearing a mini-skirt. Of course, they act as if they are completely shocked by this "unintended display(wink wink)"...but in reality it is a publicity "stunt"...and since the main focus lies down under... I've decided to call it a publicity cunt. It could also be called a "publicity stunt cunt." LMAO, where to I come up with this shit???

A type of exhibitionism intended to generate publicity. The act of exposing oneself in public, usually in front of paparazzi or members of the media, in an attempt to generate interest or sympathy. It is often done subtlety, by wearing clothing that becomes transparent when viewed under bright light or flashbulbs. Sometimes it is less subtle, maybe by wearing revealing clothing with no undergarments.

Former child actress, Lindsey Lohan engaged in publiciterotica to break out of her "child star" status, by often appearing in public, sans bra or panties, where ever paparazzi were present.

Publication Period

The time on Urban Dictionary between when a post gets approved and it updated on the site.

After a word is approved, it takes some time for the site to update to include the word. In the 'in between period' which is known as the 'Publication Period' this is the point where it has been accepted, but when going to the link it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find: {word}'

"My post got approved, how long is the Publication Period?"
"My post just got approved and is in the Publication Period"
