When a man has an extremely unclean beard. Not as messy as a homeless beard. The beard is usually sported by pedophiles or really messy college students.

It's when you see a girl or guy who you know is of legal age and they look hot, but only because they look sweet and innocent like a schoolgirl or schoolboy when in fact they are NOT, that's an effect, when they appear to be younger than they are they look hot.
