A Pedaling Prick is an insult aimed at cyclists. The word "Pedaling' comes from the fact that they have to 'Pedal' in order for the bicycle to move.

Trevor: You think you own the road don't ya, ya pedaling pricks! Stupid outfits and arcane technology don't make you better than me. This country was built by and for the motor car. Go to France with your bicycles!

Preparing to Hibernate

What sWindles says when it starts up after hibernating.

sWindles meant to tell you that it's preparing to hibernate before it hibernates because it thinks that you're such a complete idiot that you don't know that you just told it to hibernate. However, since sWindles is the idiot that it thought you were, it tells you when it wakes up instead.
