People of usually Italian ethnicity who think that they are ghetto. Hence "pretend" and "ghetto" equals "pretto". Also, people who are preppy AND ghetto. Hence "preppy" and "ghetto" equals "pretto".A note about this term is that the subject described as "pretto" has to be white, and usually posseses at least one article of clothing made by Armani Exchange.

The pretto kid always descibes girls as "boop boop" as he drives bye them in his Acura RSX with ground effects.
