I don't have a clue, maybe it means ultimate perseverance.

Refers to what a determined cat does to "charm" you into giving him what he wants, when at first you deny his wishes.

Jon Arbuckle is such a wimpy pushover that Garfield does not usually have to resort to purrseverence for very long to persuade Jon to give in to whatever it is that said chubby feline is asking for.

Perserverance

When you get a tattoo but can’t spell and you’re forced to persevere.

Your uncle got a tattoo with the word, “Perserverance” and had to get it fixed with another tattoo to make it all better.
