Opiate Paradox

The strange phenomenon, and a cruel joke of the gods, where when taking opiates such as vicodin, oxycodone, or H, one will become extremely horny yet totally unable to ejaculate. This unfortunate circumstance can cause the medical condition priapism, as well as broken blood vessels, penile chafing, depression, and insanity.

Feverishly masturbating for 4 hours after receiving vicodin for a teeth pulling, little Timmy was another victim of the unfortunate opiate paradox.

Opie

A nickname that is typically used by blacks to refer to any white male.
This modern usage of "Opie" is most likely derived from the character Opie Taylor (played by Ron Howard) on "The Andy Griffith Show" who was the hick son of a hick sherriff in a hick town called Mayberry.
Others characters on this show have also spawned modern nicknames (See Gomer Pyle, Goober Pyle, Aunt Bea, Barney Fife).

Opiate

Drug that is used to relieve pain, cough and diarrhea. Opiates have become stigmatized for their ability to cause addiction and death from overdose. They are the most effective pain relievers and are now under-prescribed due to the "opioid epidemic" witch hunt. They may also relieve treatment resistant depression.

Dr.s would rather see their patients suffer with pain than prescribe an opiate.
