OTC Flipping

Mixing DXM with either diphenhydramine or Dimenhydrinate (They are almost an identical chemical, but diphenhydramine is about twice as strong) recreationally for their phycoactive effects.

Man, fuck drug tests... all i've been able to do is eat acid, mushrooms or when im real low on cash I go OTC flipping.

OTC PCP

At term used to describe DXM (Dextromethorphan), a drug found in cough syrup similar to codeine, that is sold over the counter (OTC) at pharmacies. High dosages of DXM produce similar effects to PCP (Phencyclidine). Therefore, DXM is over the counter PCP: OTC PCP.
