this is a term for one who is an overachiever in school
they are completely book smart and no one knows why they enjoy "studying" and "testing" but they are A+++ students . these "norks" have a strange way of life so when they socialize it is awkward. they usually socialize within their nork groups. in real life they are not street smart and need to get a clue.

person 1: what's that girl doing? she looks out of place and awkward.

person 2: oh that girl is totally a nork, dont make contact.

person 1: oh yeah i dont want a lecture on how the world was formed!
