Pulling a "Mattily"

When someone whom could be considered retarded, or mental/a whore believes someone or something that is out-of-the-ordinary or unrealistic is real or right. Also it is when someone (usually a chick) is just plain stupid. And when youre thinking What the Fuck is she talking about in your head....

Lauren Mattil asked what the dangling thing in her mouth was, everyone responded "Tilapia" and she said "Thats what i thought" she had pulled a major "Mattily"....
