Lerp

Someone or something that hangs around without a purpose. Not contributing to anything.

That dude is such a lerp. I don't know why he's around.
Lets go lerp around the mall.

Everyone is laughing, telling jokes, and having a good time at the party then there's this one guy that just lerped in the corner of the room.

Ya'll going to do something or just be a bunch of lerps?
How was your meeting? Boring, I just lerped the entire time.
