Someone who makes dad jokes and very dorky. Not to say they are uncool, but they have a cringe-worthy humor that definitely can be endearing.

Son: Dad is so lame.
Mom: Yeah, but we love him anyways.

When a girl says it to a guy it is used in a cute way to joke around or be flirty

Guy: You're so cute when you make stupid jokes
Girl: Omg shut up Lol you're so lame, my jokes are funny. Lol you're lame. Lol
