Baseball term that indicates that the player is batting for an average between .100 and .200. The term comes from the "1" at the start of the batting average looking like the "I" designation for the US interstate system and the other numbers relating to a specific interstate.

"How is player X doing this year?"
"Terrible, he's riding on the interstate, cruising down I-80."

Interstate 394

A 3-digit spur route off I-94 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It connects 4th St/Washington Ave/3rd St (the actual end of the freeway is uncertain to me) to I-494. It is about 10 miles long. Between State Highway 100 and Interstate 94, there is a "high occupancy vehicle" lane which in the morning rush hour is used for eastbound traffic and in the afternoon rush hour is used for westbound traffic.

This is like my favorite freeway number of all time. The interchange with I-94 sucks and needs to be reconstructed though.

The state of mind one gets after driving on the highway/interstate for an extended period of time, where the driver feels like they are driving slow once on city and residential streets, and/or speed without realizing it.

After driving for hours Thomas got off the highway and had interstate mind, and found himself speeding through the neighborhood.

Iowa Interstate Railway

Iowa Interstate is a Class 3 Railroad running trains between Council Bluffs, Iowa and Chicago, Illinois. The Railroad uses SD38-2s, GP38-2s, ES44ACs, QJ locomotives from China, and some weird ass "slug" locomotives. The railroad line was bought from The Rock Island Railroad in 1984, and was built on the old main line stretching from Omaha to Chicago. Today they run multiple trains each day, one of the most popular trains being the CBBI (Council Bluffs-Blue Island), or BICB (Blue Island - Council Bluffs) this train usually use 2-3 locomotives for power (usually 2 ES44ACs, and sometimes a 3rd GP-38 or SD-38) And pulled Grain, Containers, and sometimes other stuff. The line is also great for insulator hunting and has an assortment of different glass.

The Iowa Interstate Railway local had IAIS 516 leading today!!!
