Someone who doesn't conform and does what they feel comfertable! Unlike Townies, Goths, Grungers etc

If you fit under any of them stereotypes, you obviously are not individual no matter what the rest of you're 'group' think!

Wearing any clothes you feel comfertable in, whether it is in fashion or not, and not just because the rest of your friends wear it! Listening to whatever music you like whether it be from 50 years ago or number 1 in the chart right now!

Individualitis

A serious condition involving a change of outlook on the victim, making them view popular, trendy or highly public things as bad, uninteresting or unbearable. They're often found making baseless assumptions or excuses to accusations of individualitis.

This is commonly found in hipsters and some victims who "hate" pop music.

Hipster: "God I hate Lady Gaga so much, her music pisses me off."
Friend: "Why?"
Hipster: "She's so weird and popular, I just hate it"
Friend: "I think you have individualitis."

when conformist ideas turn you or the general population into the same person. poser brands can cause this. also when people act like they are tough shit just to be cool. people who have suffered a loss of individuality most often don't know. they are being cool and fitting in with the general population. this concept is generally found in high schools.

dude, that guy wearing the Srh jacket doesnt even smoke pot he is just trying to fit in with his friends what a complete loss of individuality.

2. The types, amounts and duration of exercise our bodies will thrive on is unique

When I understood my physio-individuality, I knew that running 5 miles each day wasn't beneficial for my health. I'm much better off combining smaller amount of running with some biking.
