An attractive person who is stunningly beautiful in an unapproachable, stand-offish way. Usually blonde. Also a term for anything great exclaimed in a similar tone to Paris Hilton's That's hot!, in this case 'That's haughty!. Can also be used as an affirmative. As used frequently by english bloggers and producers Stellarmusia in their podcast and blog.

'So I was in the club and I saw a haughty blonde....'

Person A: 'Do you want to go to the zoo?'
