a person in a state of mind and being of insane tranquility, where everything appears to skip across clouds and fall like petals. Who sometimes can only see the good in people too much which can lead to being hurt all because she has a heart of gold.

Can be randomly heard quoting 'my life is full of pretty butterflies, happy flowers and fluffy bunnies'... or seen to have failed badly at fake tan application..... ie right arm twice and left... forgotten!!
